For seven years prior, Shana served as a Senior Advisor for Value Capture, helping her clients accomplish some of the most significant and sustainable improvements in safety, access, quality and operational improvement across healthcare.   In his new role, Segel will continue working to grow Value Capture’s network of trusted leaders using the principles and our support to drive performance, including being able to spend more time coaching and helping customers, while continuing his thought-leadership activities to help advance the field.
