Dominic (Dom) Chan

Dominic (Dom) Chan

Director of Pharmacy

Dominic (Dom) Chan is the director of pharmacy at Legacy Emanuel Medical Center, Randall Children's Hospital and Unity Center for Behavioral Health and also serves as the director of the PGY2 Infectious Diseases Residency program.

Prior to that he was associate director and clinical coordinator of the Antimicrobial Stewardship Program at Legacy Health where he helped to strategically lead both programs to ensure Legacy Health had the operational and clinical infrastructure and resources to maximize positive outcomes in infected patients and minimize avoidable harm.

He is, admittedly, intolerant of intolerance, and holds dear the need for our society to ask hard questions about our direct or indirect complicit contribution to social disparities in order to form bias-mitigated solutions. He believes in helping individuals practice at the top of their profession, leveraging their innate passion and altruism so that patients receive industry-leading care.

He is also a pharmacist who cares for patients, a clinical scientist, a teacher and mentor. His passions include mentorship, humor and laughter in life, and pragmatic evidence-based use of anti-infectives.

Lisa Goren

Lisa Goren

Vice President, Organizational Effectiveness & Talent

Lisa Goren serves as vice president, Organizational Effectiveness & Talent at Legacy Health. In this role, she has responsibility for organization development and learning; performance excellence; and workforce planning and recruitment. As a member of the human resources leadership team in an organization of over 14,000 employees, Lisa believes it is essential that every single person who comes to work each day can find purpose, meaning and joy in their work.

While this has been an extremely challenging two years, Lisa collaborates with colleagues to identify creative solutions to persistent and new problems facing the healthcare workforce.

In addition to her work at Legacy, Lisa has served on faculty at several universities teaching courses in organizational behavior and leadership.

She has degrees from Michigan State University and Portland State University, in addition to completing coursework in neuroscience, healthcare innovation and narrative medicine.  

Nick Kashey

Nick Kashey

Vice President, Population Health

Nick Kashey is vice president, Population Health, where he oversees Legacy’s efforts to improve the quality of care for patients while managing costs through a clinically integrated network. This critical work is driving Legacy’s transformation to becoming a health management company.

Nick also continues in his role as the medical director for Legacy Health Partners. He held the same position with Baystate Health before joining Legacy.

His professional accomplishments include invited presentations for international and national audiences, publishing a peer-reviewed article, and involvement in numerous quality improvement projects, many of which focused on the quality of care for at-risk populations.

Nick received his BA in biology from Vassar College. He earned his MPH and MD from New York Medical College in Valhalla, N.Y.

Dr. Jennifer LeTourneau

Dr. Jennifer LeTourneau

Clinical Vice President, Medical Education

Dr. Jennifer LeTourneau is an adult critical care physician and the clinical vice president, medical education at Legacy Health. She has worked in academic, federal, community-based teaching, and critical access hospitals.

As the Ernest G. Swigert Endowed Chair of Medical Education, she utilizes her master’s degree in clinical research, her certificate in medical education, and her passion for sharing knowledge to foster academic excellence in Legacy’s educational programs. 

Dr. LeTourneau has ongoing scholarly work in improving diversity of the healthcare workforce and improving vaccine confidence.
