At our April Improvement Leaders Circle of Colleagues, a vibrant group of performance improvement leaders from across North America came together to tackle one of the toughest (and most energizing!) questions we face: 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼 𝘄𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗲, 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗹𝘆 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗺𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗼𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘀?
Together, we reflected on:
• The 𝘪𝘯𝘷𝘪𝘴𝘪𝘣𝘭𝘦 𝘦𝘯𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘦 of culture, performance, and strategy execution
• How to align improvement work with organizational goals
• The challenge of validating and sustaining true improvements
• The critical role senior leaders play in system support
• Practical tools and ideas for daily management and system assessments
The insights were real, the challenges relatable, and the energy contagious. Participants left inspired to engage leaders, spark conversations and apply new tools to their own systems.
