Didier Rabino is Vice President of Advisory Services at Value Capture and a Certified Facilitator of the Shingo Institute. With over 25 years of experience leading Lean transformations across healthcare and manufacturing, Didier brings deep expertise in systems thinking, daily management, and executive coaching. Prior to joining Value Capture, he served as Executive Lean Sensei at Fairview Health Services, where he led system-wide Lean initiatives that dramatically improved operational outcomes and patient experience. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Andersen Corporation and Steelcase, where he helped design and implement enterprise-wide Lean systems. Didier is a Shingo examiner, an AME Board Director, and a faculty member for Catalysis. He holds multiple Lean certifications and is the 27th recipient of the Honorary Member Award from the Institute of Industrial Engineering.
