Megan Mulholland is a dedicated communicator and marketer with deep experience in healthcare, nonprofit, and public sector communications. As Fractional Chief Marketing Officer for Value Capture, she leads marketing and communications strategy to advance the firm’s mission of transforming healthcare performance through safety, excellence, and leadership. She guides messaging and brand presence across digital platforms, media, and client communications, helping leaders build trust and strengthen engagement.

Megan is also the founder of Compass Communications, a consultancy specializing in media training, crisis communications, and social media strategy. She has trained leaders in healthcare, EMS, fire, police, public health, airports, government, and business sectors.

Earlier in her career, Megan spent seven years as a reporter for print and radio media, followed by 17 years leading crisis communications, media relations, social media, and public relations for ThedaCare, a large healthcare system in Northeast Wisconsin. She also directed strategic communications and marketing for the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region. A federally trained Public Information Officer, Megan brings a passion for clear, trusted communication and a love of teaching and training to every role she serves.
