Executive Seminar: Enduring Excellence
A Seminar for C-Suite Executives
February 3-4, 2026
Hosted by San Mateo Medical Center
Mission-focused healthcare executives face the stress of two major conflicting forces, focusing on the big picture and strategic initiatives and stabilizing operational performance to maintain consistent delivery of excellence to customers and regain control of costs.
Many healthcare executives wrestle with conflicting imperatives. On the one hand, health systems face financial pressures, safety and quality issues, patient dissatisfaction, and staff dissatisfaction that must be addressed. On the other hand, executives need to look forward and focus on strategy, innovation, and growth..png?width=1920&height=1080&name=Next%20Big%20Thing%20Slides%20(6).png)
