Mission-focused healthcare executives face the stress of two major conflicting forces, focusing on the big picture and strategic initiatives and stabilizing operational performance to maintain consistent delivery of excellence to customers and regain control of costs.

Many healthcare executives wrestle with conflicting imperatives. On the one hand, health systems face financial pressures, safety and quality issues, patient dissatisfaction, and staff dissatisfaction that must be addressed. On the other hand, executives need to look forward and focus on strategy, innovation, and growth.Next Big Thing Slides (6)

Today’s healthcare executives are navigating an unprecedented challenge: leading organizations that must both perform flawlessly in the present and innovate for the future. Balancing near-term stability with long-term strategy is the work of true leadership.

At the Enduring Excellence Executive Seminar, you’ll join healthcare leaders from across the country who are redefining what sustainable success looks like. You’ll hear from executives who have faced the same pressures and discovered a better way, applying the Habitual Excellence framework to achieve exceptional, lasting results for their organizations and reclaim time to focus on what matters most: people, strategy, and growth.

You’ll also go beyond discussion, visiting organizations to see the work in action and experience what Habitual Excellence looks like in real life.

After attending this seminar, you will be able to:
  • Understand how the framework of Habitual Excellence has been applied in healthcare to solve fundamental organizational challenges and advance world-class performance across industries.
  • Identify how leveraging “theoretical limits” instead of traditional goal-setting drives breakthrough performance, even in challenging environments.
  • Review and discuss real peer cases that illustrate the essential role of senior leaders in driving system-wide, benchmark-level results through the Habitual Excellence framework.
  • Develop new peer connections with fellow C-suite executives who are leading transformation in their own organizations.
  • Design a practical action plan to help you and your organization take the next steps toward Habitual Excellence, unlocking measurable improvements in safety, clinical outcomes, cost avoidance, and revenue growth within 90 days of implementation.
